Coolest Father's Day Ever!

On the weekend I had a rugby game against Otahuhu rugby club. When I had my milo I went downstairs and got changed. When I finished changing my clothes my dad took me to my game.

When we started playing, I saw my friend Christian in the other team. When I saw him I said “Hey! go easy on me ok” then he said,
“Ok”. When we finished the game shook hands because we were good sportsmen.

It was Father’s day the next day, I woke in the morning and made my dad breakfast which was egg, bacon, toast and a cup of milo. When I gave it to him, I said “Happy Father’s day” then he said “Thanks son, come and give me a hug”. I gave him a hug and he had the special breakfast I made for him. When he finished eating his breakfast, he got ready to take me to the rugby field to practise my kicks.

That was the coolest weekend that I have ever had and I hope there is more to come.

Spaghetti mixed with painting!

On the weekend I went to work with my dad. When we got to the house we are working at we started working. It was fun because we got to climb up the house on the roof. When we got up there, we started cleaning it and painting it.

When we started painting, I had to go back down because I was being naughty and I almost fell down. When I got down I had my morning tea. When I finished morning tea I went and asked my dad if he needs help then he said "No, it's ok". When he came back down, we packed up all our things then we went back home.

When we got home, my dad made us dinner. We had spaghetti bolognaise. It was the yummiest dinner that I have ever had. When we finished dinner we went for a run around the basin, then we  went to the gym.
