MADE BY GOD!

We have been learning how to use pixir editor.  I decided to draw God holding me in front of all of his creations because I visit his house every Sunday to praise him and I feel very connected with him.

Loving and caring cousin!

In room 7 we have been talking about virtues so we had to choose a person that we know and write down virtues about them. I chose my cousin Vili Lasike because he's a really loving and caring cousin.

An Important Celebration

This is one of the first sacraments, that welcomes you into the house of God. People are baptised in the name of the father and of the son and of the Holy Spirit. Christ gives them new life in his spirit as son and daughter of God.

Precious Time With Dad

On the weekend I was at my dad’s house. When we woke up on Saturday morning we got ready and went to Sylvia Park. When we got there we went to Hallensteins to buy my dad and I new T-shirts and jeans. When we got our clothes we went to the ice cream place and my dad brought us 3 scoops of ice cream each and then we went to do our shopping at Pak ‘n’ Save. When we went past the subway my dad asked me if we should have subway for lunch and I said “Sure”.When we finished our lunch we went home and had a rest. We waited until it was time to get ready for church. After we went church, we went to the Denny’s in Manukau and had dinner there. I had fish and chips, oysters and had chicken for dinner and my dad had salad, chicken, pork, and hot chips. After we had that we had some chocolate ice cream with red jelly and cherries on top.When we finished eating we went home had a rest and watched the rugby game. That was the coolest weekend that I have ever spent with my dad and I  hope there’s more coming up.

TECHNIFROG

Coolest Father's Day Ever!

On the weekend I had a rugby game against Otahuhu rugby club.When I had my milo I went downstairs and got changed. When I finished changing my clothes my dad took me to my game.

When we started playing, I saw my friend Christian in the other team. When I saw him I said “Hey! go easy on me ok” then he said,

“Ok”. When we finished the game shook hands because we were good sportsmen.

It was Father’s day the next day, I woke in the morning and made my dad breakfast which was egg, bacon, toast and a cup of milo. When I gave it to him, I said “Happy Father’s day” then he said “Thanks son, come and give me a hug”. I gave him a hug and he had the special breakfast I made for him. When he finished eating his breakfast, he got ready to take me to the rugby field to practise my kicks.

That was the coolest weekend that I have ever had and I hope there is more to come.
